Payment Details
At the time of Booking	:	25%
On Completion of Basement	:	30%
At the time Brick Work	:	15%
On Completion of Respective Roof Slab	:	15%
At the time of Plastering	:	10%
15 Days before handing over the Flat	:	5%

Stamp Duty and Registration of the undivided share of land/ total area of flat will be borne by the client.
Legal fees, document charges and incidental charges payable at Registrar Office will be borne by the client.
Covered Car parking will be charged extra (If Available).
Necessary deposits and incidental expenses for Electricity Service Connection will be borne by the clients.

Wall Painting : Internal Walls finished with wall patty and painted with Distemper and External walls finished with external emulsion paint.
Electrical : Concealed wiring for Three Phase Supply, Adequate Fan, Light and A.C. Points as desired.
Plumbing : All Plumbing work with PVC Pipes and Fittings with ISI Brand.
Water Supply : One Sump to Receive Township Water and Two Bore well for tapping Ground Water and Two Over Head Tank.
