M/s.Vigneswara Building Services is a propriety concern started in April 2008 to the people who are very much affecting by spending more time and money for searching the proper contractors for getting their small jobs like Masondry Works, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting Works etc.,

So that we have started this concern to give good service by the way of doing these works with reasonable rates and also with good quality. In this concern we are doing all works with material and labour between Rs.50,000/- to Rs.10,00,000/-. Our rates are very much less when compared with others. We are having very good skilled workers and also good supporting team of engineers for carrying out these works.

We are doing the above works by the way of preparing the estimate first and as per the estimate, the works will be carried out. During the execution of works, additions, alterations, modification if any, will be accepted and accordingly our estimate will be modified and the total amount will be arrived. By this method, the client should know the exact value of work during the execution itself and allow them to modify their fund provision for their constructions.

All payments should be made well in advance before starting the work as specified in the agreement.
