M/s. BMF Homes & Developers is a Proprietory Concern started in April 2008 by D.Karunakaran B.E.Civil who is having nearly 27 years experience in this field.This concern wants to develop the properties by the way of Joint venture basis for promoting Flats, Independent Houses and also Plots to get maximum benefit for the land owners as well as the buyers.

We are also doing construction as a contract basis including materials and labours with moderate rate. We will give full cooperation with land owners and the clients for getting goals in their life in a proper manner. We are doing these construction activities from the beginning itself by the way of Planning, Estimation, Approval etc. The construction will be done in a proper manner as per the agreement between our clients. The payment for each stage will be collected after completion of that particular stage only.

We will adhere the time schedule for each and every stage of construction to hand over the building in time.
